Sadley the two Wolves from Hertfordshire Zoo will no longer be joining us at Wolf Watch UK.
After carefully monitoring the age-related health issues of Romulas the specialist zoo team and vets made the difficult decision to peacefully put him to sleep.
During a vet check ahead of Inge's move to Wolf Watch UK an inoperable malignant growth was found on her leg and after careful assessment, the difficult decision was made to let her go peacefully while still under sedation.
Both Wolves were 12 years old, and our hearts go out to the keepers who had cared for them for during their lives at Hertfordshire Zoo.
