RIP Sansa

Sadley after a brief illness we lost our beautiful Wolf Sansa who passed away yesterday while sleeping close to her brother Rickon.
Sansa had shown signs of being unwell for several days beforehand and we had discussed the possible ways forward for treating an unsocialised Wolf in such a large enclosure with our exceptionally good veterinary. However, as stated Sansa passed away the following day.
We took her down to the veterinary surgery where it was quickly established that a large tumour between her neck and shoulder had burst resulting in fatality.
Sansa came to Wolf Watch uk in January 2018 and obviously we are all very sad.
Sansa will be remembered for many things, but mainly for her exuberance when it came to feeding time. She would race her brother Rickon around the large pond and almost danced in excitement at the point where food was thrown to her. She will be missed by all, not the least her brother.
