Gift Memberships

Gift Adoption details and welcome email will be sent to the purchaser, not the recipient so you can decide when to pass on the gift.

Please make sure to provide the recipient’s name, email address and telephone number in the Additional Information section of your order. We are unable to process the order without all of this information.

If you are Joining as a member or have been gifted the money to purchase a membership, please pick the membership option NOT the gift membership. Once you are a member you will be able to book your visit directly through the member’s area on the website.

If you do not receive a welcome email or adoption certificate within 48 hours please check your spam/junk mail folders
